Job Description: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Gameday Men's Health

Role:

• Evaluate and treat low testosterone, prescribing therapy to optimize hormone levels under physician supervision.
• Assess erectile dysfunction, recommending treatments like Gainswave, P-Shot, medications like Trimix, or extracorporeal shockwave therapy.
• Prescribe peptides to support hormone optimization, wellness, and performance enhancement.
• Conduct new patient consultations and interpret lab results.
• Educate patients on treatment plans.
• Administer intramuscular and PRP injections.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistant(s) and Receptionist.
• Maintain clinic census goals in a cash-pay concierge model, emphasizing personalized, high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal/professional standards.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.

This model allows for tailored, efficient care without insurance constraints, enabling faster appointments, personalized treatment plans, and a focus on patient outcomes. NPs/PAs play a key role in fostering long-term patient relationships, driving clinic growth through exceptional service, and maintaining the premium standards of a concierge practice.

Qualifications:

• NP or PA.
• Preferred experience in urology, endocrinology, or general practice.
• Active state license, DEA Certificate, Controlled Substance Registration; no pending malpractice.
• Ability to commute to Kalispell, MT.

Compensation:

• $60.00-$70.00/hour.
• Full-time or part-time.
• Bonuses/commissions available.
• DEA, state license, and malpractice insurance fully covered.
